Information you choose to use with LensLine
Scripts
You can paste scripts, import files, load a sample script, save scripts, or import scripts from Google Docs. LensLine uses the selected script to display teleprompter text. We do not receive your scripts unless you choose to send them to us separately, such as in a support email.
Google Docs
If you connect Google Docs, LensLine uses Google access only to load the document you choose. Google account authentication and Google Docs access are handled through Google services. We do not operate a LensLine server that receives or stores your Google documents.
Files Import
When you import a file through iCloud Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or another Files provider, the file is handled through Apple's Files interface and the selected provider. LensLine reads the selected file so it can display the script.
Speech Recognition
Voice follow and recovery commands use microphone and speech-recognition permissions. Speech recognition behavior may be processed by Apple speech-recognition services depending on device, language, settings, and system availability. LensLine does not send speech transcripts to a LensLine server.
Camera and Microphone
Studio Recorder uses the camera and microphone only when you choose to record. Recorded clips are handled on device and may be saved to your photo library when you grant permission.
iCloud
The script library and Remote Companion features may use Apple's iCloud key-value storage for signed-in devices. This is used to make selected LensLine state available across your devices. We do not operate a separate LensLine cloud collaboration service.
Diagnostics and Support
LensLine can create privacy-safe diagnostics and tester feedback templates. These are designed to avoid script text, Google document URLs, clipboard contents, live transcripts, and remote session codes.
If you choose to contact support, your email address, message, device details you include, and any diagnostics you attach are sent to the support inbox so we can respond. Do not include private scripts or client information in support messages.
