You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, spam, credential theft, malware, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass safeguards, limits, or access controls.
HiLo Labs may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for risk, abuse, nonpayment, legal concerns, or protection of infrastructure or other users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiLo Labs and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use, misuse, content, inputs, outputs you act on, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to the services shall be brought in the appropriate courts serving North Carolina, unless HiLo Media elects otherwise.
