HiLo Labs may collect:

• company information and structured pilot-fit answers, such as workflow stage,

integration path, governance trigger, timeline, and budget range

• usage logs
• request metadata
• operational telemetry
• submitted inputs and generated outputs
• billing-related information (if/when billing is enabled)

2. Why it is collected

Data may be used to:

• operate the service
• debug issues
• improve product quality
• prevent abuse and fraud
• enforce policies and rate limits
• support billing and support workflows
• maintain audit and security logs
• evaluate pilot fit, prioritize follow-up, and recommend the next sales step

BudgetGuard pilot applications may be scored by deterministic rules operated

by HiLo Labs. Those rules use the structured answers in the application; they

do not require sending free-text workflow details to a third-party scoring

service. Contracts, payment commitments, and final acceptance are not made

solely by the automated score.

3. Third-party providers

Infrastructure and processing may involve providers such as DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, and later Stripe or other processors.

4. Retention

HiLo Labs may retain logs, operational records, and submitted data for security, debugging, abuse prevention, analytics, compliance, and service improvement, subject to later refinement.

5. Security

Reasonable measures may be used to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure and no guarantee of absolute security is made.

6. User responsibility

Do not submit sensitive, regulated, or confidential data unless and until HiLo Labs explicitly supports that use case under appropriate terms.
